Bob's History
Presenting Complaint: Bob
complains that he is feeling tired. He also mentions having a cough that
has bothered him for about 2 days. He mentions having a slight cold of
7-10 days duration before a severe productive cough developed . He reports
a high fever for the past 2 days and shaking chills. When he started coughing
up blood he decided it was time to get help.
